The family room was spacious, but the air conditioning struggled during the night.

Beautifully furnished riad in the middle of the old town of Tangier, but in a quiet side street. Fantastic view of the port and city from the roof terrace, where breakfast is also served - every morning with a fried egg, also olives or sometimes fruit (so varied). The staff is friendly and helpful.
The coffee was not always the best . bad smell from the sink drain in the bathroom was "eliminated" by inserting a plug.

We stay in double room quite often, it is themed and fashionable. The hotel is in the central location on beach.

Classic riad, perfect location in the medina, close to the Grand Socco, terrace with great view
Very noisy rooms; very dark in the room, as in all riad

The suite had a spacious layout, perfect for a family. Unique decor and comfortable furnishings added a nice touch to the atmosphere.
The shower stall provided a less-than-ideal experience, leaking water each time it was used. The air conditioning was unreliable, shutting off unexpectedly multiple times during the first night, leading to frustration. A broken water pipe left us without water, and the management's lack of responsiveness to our request for a room change felt unprofessional under the circumstances.

Exceptionally helpful personnel, for example, they helped to print the boarding pass. Breakfast up on the roof terrace is a great experience. Trouble-free transfer to the airport.

The really good staff were really good, offering personalized recommendations. A lovely breakfast on the rooftop terrace provided amazing views.
While the location is great, access can be tricky due to limited parking options. Some rooms are smaller than expected, which might be a consideration for travelers needing more space.

Everything is great here, had a very nice stay for our one night in Tangier. It has both nice and courteous staff. It has a marvellous location adjacent to pizza restaurant so helpful and shops, restaurants, sights;)))

The venue is little, food is delicious, pleasant location close to the port. The rooms are fairly quiet and authentic, with climate control, a dining area and a seating area. The bathroom is good size and the bed is soft. Amazing service, the breakfast is gorgeous.

Excellent staff, super helpful with all questions and problems
The sewage odours in the bathroom, which are more of a city problem than a riad problem. Ventilation would have solved the problem.
